Purposes and legal bases

We process data you provide in an enquiry to answer it, prepare an offer, communicate with you and take steps before a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, our legitimate interest in business communication and defence of claims under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR where requested.

Recipients and retention

Access is limited to authorised employees and providers supporting hosting, email, IT and business communications. Data is retained for the time necessary to handle the matter and longer only where law or the limitation period for claims requires it.

We use necessary cookies. Forms use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent abuse; depending on the service, data may be processed outside the EEA with legally required safeguards.
